DESCRIPTION:Location: Alway Building Room M112\, Stanford University School of Medicine (Cooper Lane\, Palo Alto\, CA 94304) \nStanford Alpha Clinic’s Education Working Group is pleased to announce our Second Annual Clinical Trial Bootcamp. \nThe bootcamp will be held on March 30 at 1 PM. \nJoin us for an informative afternoon with experts in the stem cell and gene therapy field. During this session participants can expect to: \n\nUse a case study of a successful early phase stem cell therapy clinical program to underscore unique requirements for success;\nDefine the types of nonclinical data needed to support an investigational new drug (IND);\nHighlight requirements for a successful clinical protocol;\nExamine what it takes to develop a budget;\nUnderstand operations of an early phase clinical program;\n\nAll are welcome to attend – our content will be intended for stem cell experts\, RNs\, NPs\, and Postdocs. People with a keen interest in translational science are likely to enjoy and learn from this event.
