SUMMARY:Leica Stellaris TauSTED Seminar and Demonstrations
DESCRIPTION:Dear all\, \nThe CSIF-Neuroscience Microscopy Service is hosting a seminar and a demo on the new TauSTED microscope: Leica STELLARIS TauSTED Xtend. \n\n Seminar: April 7th | 10:00AM | ChEM-H / Stanford Neurosciences Building | Seminar Room E153\nDemonstrations on samples (you can bring your own!): April 7th – 24th in Room E159H\n\nTauSTED Xtend is the next step in the evolution of super-resolution and fluorescence lifetime. It combines lifetime-based information with an additional spatial readout. This results in a significant gain in resolution\, especially at lower STED depletion powers\, allowing to extend multicolor live imaging capabilities at remarkable nanoscale\, even with a single STED laser line. This technology enables resolving details and objects at nanoscale and perform longer live imaging at nanoscale resolution. This permits the direct monitor and instant feedback on the results while performing the experiments. It is fully compatible with standard fluorophores and with your preferred protocols for STED. \nFor more information\, please check the flyer. \nFor any questions or to schedule demos please contact Jeremy Carver\, jeremy.carver@leica-microsystems.com \nPlease be advised that this email may contain confidential information.
