Please be advised that Commercial Air Services, LLC will be performing HVAC heating and cooling water valve repairs and replacements at 1050A Arastradero Road this week.
WORK SCOPE
Commercial Air Services will access above-ceiling areas to repair and replace heating and cooling water valves serving the building HVAC system.
WORK HOURS
6:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. daily
AREAS AFFECTED
Vendor technicians will require access to laboratories, offices, and common areas associated with the following rooms:
- Room 101
- Room 106
- Room 112
- Room 114
- Room 119
- Room 126
- Room 127
- Room 133
- Room 134
- Room 137
- Room 152
- Room 164
- Room 168
- Room 175
IMPACT
Technicians will be entering the identified rooms and accessing ceiling areas as necessary to complete the repairs. Every effort will be made to minimize disruption to building occupants and research activities.
ACTION REQUIRED
Please ensure that access to the affected ceiling areas is kept clear. If your laboratory or work area has sensitive equipment, experiments, or operations that could be impacted by vendor access or HVAC work, please notify Facilities in advance so appropriate coordination can be arranged.
