Dear Colleagues,
The Office of Facilities Planning & Management is scheduled to perform repair work of failed controlled AHU air dampers and temperature sensors.
Next Level EMS will shutdown AHU3&4 (one a time) to replace failed AHU air damper actuators and air temperature sensors.
WHAT TO EXPECT:
- All work will be performed on the roof of the building.
SCHEDULE:
Friday, February 20, 2026
6:00am – 2:30pm
IMPACT:
- Areas listed below will be uncomfortably cool while work is in progress.
- AHU-3: Serves North & East Perimeter Offices of the Building
- AHU-4: Serves South & West Perimeter Offices, Basement Class Rooms & Fitness Center.
