Dear 1651 Page Mill Colleagues,
The Operation and Maintenance team is scheduling to perform preventative maintenance on the building’s air conditioning and exhaust system. This work will require us to shut down one unit at a time. Due to the short duration of the shutdown, we do not anticipate any temperature issues.
DATE: Saturday, July 12, 2025
TIME: 4:00am – 12:30pm.
IMPACT: Conditioned Air Shutdown – The building temperature may be slightly cooler or warmer depending on outside air. Fume hoods may go into alarm. Our technicians will reset alarms upon completion of the work.
SAFETY IMPACT: Fume hoods will be without exhaust periodically. Please refrain from conducting experiments when system is in alarm.
