Our Operations and Maintenance technicians have discovered that the building’s soft water system is currently in alarm and offline. We understand the importance of this system for our operations and are taking immediate action to resolve the issue.
Please be aware that the downtime of the soft water system is also affecting equipment utilizing steam and reverse osmosis systems . We are prioritizing this issue and have contacted a School of Medicine Vendor to restore the systems to normal operation as soon as possible.
We will keep you updated on our progress and notify you once the system is back online.
