Dear 1701 Page Mill Colleagues,
We wanted to provide an update regarding the urgent AC repairs. Technicians identified a failed component in the cooling system that caused the unit to shut down and temperatures to rise in partial areas of the building.
The AC unit is now operational and currently providing 100% outside air. As outdoor temperatures cool, indoor temperatures are beginning to return to normal; however, some areas may remain warmer than desired while repairs are ongoing.
Our team will continue the repair tomorrow morning and work diligently to restore the system to normal operation as quickly as possible.
We appreciate your patience and understanding. Additional updates will be provided in this email thread as the situation develops.
Best regards,
Vincent Nino
