Dear, 3145 Porter Colleagues,
In support of a School of Medicine Contractor, the Operation & Maintenance team is scheduling to perform routine preventative maintenance to the building’s roof top air conditioning and mechanical systems. The work will require shutting down one unit at a time for a short duration. Because shutdowns will be brief, we do not anticipate any noticeable impact to indoor temperatures or occupant comfort.
DATE: Beginning Wednesday, August 12, 2026, through Friday August 14, 2026,
TIME: 6:30 AM – 2:00 PM daily
IMPACT: Conditioned Air Shutdown – The building temperature may be slightly cooler or warmer depending on the outside air.
SAFETY IMPACT: None
