Dear 3155 Porter building Colleagues,
Scope: This is to inform you that the OFPM scheduled ABM Janitorial to perform the annual floor cleaning of the 3155 Porter building.
***PLEASE OPEN ATTACHMENT FOR DETAILED DAILY SCHEDULE***
Date: Tuesday, September 29th to Tuesday, October 6th Time: 6:00 pm – 2:00 am.
Impact: Floor crews will need access to floors in common areas, classrooms, and in individuals’ workspaces and/or offices.
Requested Customer Support:
- Please remove all personal items, boxes and other obstructions such as garbage cans by 5:00pm on the designated cleaning day of your area.
- Please note that areas with items left on the floors will not be serviced.
- To ensure the safety of all individuals, occupied work spaces or offices will not be serviced.
