Scope: This email is to inform you that the OFPM annual interior window washing for the 3172 Porter is scheduled for Wednesday, January 14th and Friday January 16th from 05:00 am to 01:30pm.
Impact: The service crew will need access to windows from individuals’ workspaces and or offices.
Mitigation: All windows will be shut; please remove all personal items near windows.
