James Construction will be on-site to repair the damaged ceiling on the second floor near the men’s restroom caused by a small water leak over the weekend. Work is expected to begin today, Thursday, July 31st, and lead into Friday, August 1st if need be. A summary of the work and proposed schedule is included below for your reference. Project/Scope: Ceiling water damage repair which will require patching and painting.
Location: 3172 Porter, Palo Alto, CA 94304 – Second Floor near the men’s restroom
Start/End Date: Thursday, July 31st – Friday, August 1st
Begin/End Time: Appx. 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM
Vendor: James Construction
Tenant Impact (Y/N): Yes (minor), foot traffic may be delayed at times during the repair.
Additional Information: Due to the locations of the repair, it is advised that occupants take the elevator to get to the second floor of the north side of the building. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this process.
