Scope: This email is to inform you that the OFPM annual interior window washing for the 3174 Porter 1st floor only is scheduled for Monday, January 19th through Wednesday, January 21st from 05:00 am to 01:30pm.
Impact: The service crew will need access to windows from individuals’ workspaces and or offices.
Mitigation: All windows will be shut; please remove all personal items near windows.
