Dear 3180 Porter Colleagues,
Scope: This email is to inform you that the OFPM annual interior window washing for the 31870 Porter is scheduled for Saturday, August 23rd and Sunday, August 24th from 05:00 am to 01:30pm.
Impact: The service crew will need access to windows from individuals’ workspaces and or offices.
Mitigation: All windows will be shut; please remove all personal items near windows.
