Steam Distribution Upgrade -1050 B Arastradero Rd – March 28th, 2025 at 6:00am to 5:00pm  

Dear 1050B Arastradero Rd. Colleagues,

The Office of Facilities Planning and Management will be supporting a steam distribution upgrade at 1050B Arastradero 2nd floor steam plant.  Our contracted vendor Commercial Air Services, will be onsite starting March 28th, 2025 at 6:00am to 5:00pm  

Project Dates: March 28th – March 30th, 2025

Time:  6:00am to 5:00pm – Daily Until Completed

What to Expect:

• The 2^nd floor Fulton Boiler Steam plant will be shut down during the schedule project
• Pipe fitters will be entering the mechanical rooms on both 1st and 2nd floors.
• The project is expected to be completed over the weekend.

Contracted Vendor: Commercial Air Services, LLC

Impact: Minor – There will be limited access to both mechanical rooms.  Please be aware of pipe fitters and associated equipment during this project.
