Dear 3172 Porter building Colleagues,
Scope: This is to inform you that the OFPM scheduled ABM Janitorial to perform the annual floor cleaning of the 3172 Porter building.
***PLEASE OPEN ATTACHMENT FOR DETAILED DAILY SCHEDULE***
Date: Tuesday, July 15th to Tuesday, July 22nd Time: 6:00 pm – 2:00 am.
Impact: Floor crews will need access to floors in common areas, class rooms and in individuals’ work spaces and/or offices.
Requested Customer Support:
- Please remove all personal items, boxes and other obstructions such as garbage cans by 5:00pm on the designated cleaning day of your area.
- Please note that areas with items left on the floors will not be serviced.
- To ensure the safety of all individuals, occupied work spaces or offices will not be serviced.
