Dear 1070 Arastradero Colleagues,
The Operations & Maintenance, along with our Vendor Commercial Air Services is scheduling for a crane lift roof pick. Commercial Air Services Inc. will be replacing equipment on the roof top. The crane operation will be setup in the South Main Entry of the building. Please see attached map for crane location and swing radius.
It is recommended that everyone find an alternate route and avoid the crane work area during the time specified below, as pedestrians will be restricted from passing through this area.
CRANE OPERATION:
DATE: Monday, December 29th, 2025
TIME: 6:00am – 8:00am
IMPACT: Parking spaces marked in red in the map will be closed during the time indicated above.
What to expect: The building will be closed during the crane operation. Safety cones and barricades will be noticeable around Crane lift location.
