Dear 3165 Porter Colleagues,
Scope: This email is to inform you that the OFPM annual interior/exterior perimeter window washing for the 3165 Porter Building is scheduled from Monday, January 12th to Wednesday, January 14th from 05:00 am to 01:30pm.
Impact: The service crew will need access to windows from individuals’ workspaces and or offices.
Mitigation: All windows will be shut; please remove all personal items near windows.
