During a routine inspection, an Operations and Maintenance technician identified that the domestic hot water heater serving the building had failed. We are working with a School of Medicine vendor to repair the unit as quickly as possible.
– Estimated completion: 5:30 pm today (subject to change if issues arise).
– Impact: All kitchenette sinks and showers will be affected during the shutdown and repair period.
– Communications: Follow-up emails regarding the repairs will be sent through this email thread.
