Summer 2026 Group Fitness and Recreation Classes – Registration opens Tuesday June 9 at 9AM

Hi Stanford Community,

Summer 2026 Quarter registration opens Tuesday June 9 at 9AM for quarterly Group Fitness classes, and Recreation Classes (sport-specific such as tennis, golf)!

Classes start Monday June 22. We hope you can join us for the quarter!

Group Fitness. All things group fitness can be found on the Recreation website, under the Move section. You can choose from:

  1. Cardinal Pass. You can drop in and attend any of the classes listed on this schedule, throughout the quarter: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1Gvc7mnkWidZ-i3-0K_EwiRVpzH4c980s/view
  2. FacultyStaff. You can sign up for the specific class you’d like to attend for the quarter, and your spot in the class is reserved for the full quarter: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1HZvyt1oaVqBubyAvbptSaGyYv4aJEWGO/view
  3. Cardinal+F45 Membership. You can drop in and attend any of the classes listed on the Cardinal Pass schedule, plus make reservations to attend weekly F45 classes: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1sWc6zOcPpxVXPXFUBP9ys8Zt0SfOCYs9/view

Recreation Classes. All things Recreation Classes can be found on the Recreation website, under the Learn section/Non-Academic. You can find our schedule here: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1PxxZXKFT0a3FMqexU-kkft7kZwXAth57/view

Registration.

  1. You can find our registration page at recwell.stanford.edu.
  2. Click on Group Fitness for Cardinal Pass, FacultyStaff, Cardinal+F45.
  3. Click on Rec Classes/Clinics/Workshops for sport-specific offerings like golf, tennis, etc.
  4. We anticipate using CrowdHandler waiting room on registration day. This usually opens about 15 minutes prior to 9AM. Once you’re in the waiting room, you are typically randomly invited to register (you then have 20 minutes to complete choosing your classes and registering).
