Summer 2026 Group Fitness and Recreation Classes start Monday June 22

Hi Stanford Community,

Summer 2026 Quarter classes start Monday June 22. Come join us!

Group Fitness. All things group fitness can be found on the Recreation website, under the Move/Fitness section. Scroll down the Move/Fitness page to learn about all our group fitness offerings. You can choose from:

  1. Cardinal Pass. You can drop in and attend any of the classes listed on the whole Cardinal Pass schedule, throughout the quarter. 
  2. FacultyStaff. You can sign up for the specific class you’d like to attend for the quarter, and your spot in the class is reserved for the full quarter.
  3. Cardinal+F45 Membership. You can drop in and attend any of the classes listed on the Cardinal Pass schedule, plus make reservations to attend weekly F45 classes.

Recreation Classes. All things Recreation Classes can be found on the Recreation website, under the Learn section/Non-Academic.

Registration.

  1. You can find our registration page at recwell.stanford.edu.
  2. Click on Group Fitness for Cardinal Pass, FacultyStaff, Cardinal+F45.
  3. Click on Rec Classes/Clinics/Workshops for sport-specific offerings like golf, tennis, etc.
