NOTICE: LOADING DOCK CLEARANCE
Please be advised that all items currently stored in the loading dock area must be identified and claimed to be part of our ongoing effort to maintain building safety, organization, and compliance.
IMPORTANT DATES
- Claim/Remove Items: October 17th, 2026
- Loading Dock Clearance Begins: October 30th, 2026
ACTION REQUIRED
All building occupants must:
- Inspect the loading dock area and identify any items belonging to your labor department.
- Remove and relocate any items you wish to keep by October 17th, 2026.
- Clearly label any items that must temporarily remain in the loading dock. Temporary storage is subject to approval by the Area Zone Manager.
- Contact Facilities Operations if assistance is required to move large or heavy equipment.
Items that are not claimed by October 17th, 2026, deadline will be considered abandoned and removed from the loading dock beginning October 30th, 2026.
Unidentified items may be temporarily transferred to an SRP Facilities storage location for possible future claiming. Items or equipment confirmed for disposal will be removed and disposed of accordingly.
Facilities Operations will not be responsible for items that are removed, relocated, or disposed of after the stated deadline. For questions, temporary storage approval, or assistance with large items, please contact:
