The SRP Operations Team in the Office of Facilities Planning & Management manages two conference centers in Stanford Research Park. Both conference centers have full AV capability, including the ability to host Zoom meetings.

We are happy to partner with you as you plan your event and ask that you:

1. Review facts about the conference spaces in the SRP Conference Spaces Information Manual 

2. Check the availability for the date you are interested in by viewing the:

3. Fill out the Conference Center Reservation Request form. You will receive a calendar invite from the conference center calendar to confirm your reservation.
