Scope: This email is to inform you that the OFPM annual interior window washing for the 3174 Porter 1st floor only is scheduled for Saturday, August 23rd and Sunday, August 24th from 05:00 am to 01:30pm.
Impact: The service crew will need access to windows from individuals’ workspaces and or offices.
Mitigation: All windows will be shut; please remove all personal items near windows.
