The Office of Facilities Planning and Management will be supporting an Emergency Crane lift Pick for building “D” roof top exterior. Our contracted vendor Commercial Air Services, will be onsite starting May 21st, 2025 to conduct an Emergency Crane Lift Pick from 6:00am to10:00am – Vendor Peninsula Crane & Rigging & Blues Roofing
Project Dates: May 21th, 2025
Time: 6:00am to 10:00pm Completion
What to Expect:
- A crane pick lift will be scheduled that morning to temporarily lift the New Carrier Chiller from the exterior roof for roofing repairs.
- Crane riggers & Pipe fitters will be on the exterior roof during the scheduled crane lift project dates.
- Cooling will be shut down daily until the project is completed.
- D110 Conference room will be closed during this schedule project.

There will be no access to building “D” during the schedule emergency crane lift pick. Please be aware of crane equipment in the parking lot; and associated equipment during this project: A detailed map layout will be attached for your review of Crane location
