Women’s History Month at SRP Med Cafe

During the month of March, Bon Appétit Management Company commemorates and celebrates the importance of all women in our food system from culinarians and farmers to managers and leaders.

We’re amplifying one of our hardworking culinarians, Diana Lopez for Women’s History Month. Sharing one of the hearty and nourishing soup she likes to prepare for her family “Smoky Eggplant and Lentil Soup”. Her love for cooking began as a little girl beside her mama, where helping the family grew into a lasting passion.
