1070 Arastradero Rd. Colleagues,
The Office of Facilities Planning & Management Operations & Maintenance will be performing a planned maintenance project that requires closure of the 1070 Arastradero Rd. Parking lot. Contek Construction, Inc. will be performing asphalt repairs, seal coating & paint stripping on the weekend of May 24th & 25th, 2025 – 7:00am to 5:00pm daily.
We are requesting that all vehicles be removed from the entire parking lot by May 23rd, 2025; and all transportation be re-routed over the weekend.

- Dates: May 24th – 25th, 2025 from 7:00am to 5:00pm.
What to expect – There will be no entry to the 1070 Arastradero Rd. Parking lot during the project dates. Safety cones and safety barricades will be noticeable around project area/location. Alternate parking can be utilized at 1050 A-B Arastradero Rd. lower and upper parking lots during project dates.
Safety Impact: Minor – Please be mindful of all heavy equipment and personnel associated to this project.
