The Office of Facilities Planning and Management will be performing a Planned Maint. Project/ repairs to the exterior of the building expansion joints; to include, door and window seals.
Our contractor Devine Glass, Inc., will be on-site for six weeks. The project schedule will start July 7th, 2025 – August 11th, 2025

Impact: Major – During this project please expect glazing technician’s and installers around the exterior of the building “A” exterior landscaping and parking lot areas. During the schedule project only contracted personnel working will be allowed in the mentioned areas. Safety cones and barricades will be present to limit occupants in the project area.
Safety Impacts: Severe-
- Be aware of contractors and their equipment.
- Heavy equipment will be lifted from the building.
- Heavy machinery will be operated.
- Minor Noise will be associated with this project
Use extreme caution around the heavy equipment.
