The Office of Facilities Planning and Management will be supporting asset Inventory for the SRP facilities off campus.
Our building maintenance optimization consultant, B.M.O.C., will be onsite tomorrow, February 21st, to document the building assets and the operational equipment that supports them.
TIME – 7:00am to 1:30pm
What to Expect – During the building asset inspection and recording, our vendor will be walking labs, mechanical rooms, autoclave glass wash rooms, and roof tops.
Impact – Minor – BMOC Asset Field Manager and the team will be entering labs to tag assets, such as lab fume hoods and supporting operational equipment, for inventory purposes.
