Dear 3165 Porter Occupants,
The Office of Facilities Planning and Management will be conducting HVAC Systems and Duct Cleaning project in 3165 Porter Building, as of September 22nd, 2025.
Our vendor Alliance Environmental Group has been scheduled to start on Monday September 22nd late evening from 8:00pm to 4:30am NIGHTLY. If required, Regular Hours in VSC areas only.
The duration of this HVAC System and Duct Cleaning project will encompass all two floors of the 3165 Porter Building, lasting 7 weeks.
What to Expect:
During this scheduled cleaning there will be limited air flow for most areas in the Building. Air Handler Units (AHU) located on the roof will be scheduled to shut off (4 hours) each AHU during the specific time frames. Please expect some noise and vibrations associated with this work.
Schedule: September 22nd – November 7th, Time: 8:00pm to 4:30am Nightly
– 9/22 – 9/26, AHU on the Roof Cleaning
– 10/6 – 10/17, 2nd Floor
– 10/27 – 11/7, 1st Floor
Impact: The work directly impacts the supply and return air.
