Spring 2026 Quarter registration is open for quarterly Group Fitness classes, and Recreation Classes (sport-specific such as tennis, golf, pickleball)!
We hope you can join us!
Group Fitness. All things group fitness can be found on the Recreation website, under the Move section. You can choose from:
- Cardinal Pass. You can drop in and attend any of the classes listed on this schedule, throughout the quarter: https://drive.google.com/file/d/18-ulZ1CwWmlsVQOTBhJOg3TjbNF0cGbq/view
- FacultyStaff. You can sign up for the specific class you’d like to attend for the quarter, and your spot in the class is reserved for the full quarter. We’ve added a 30-mintue Core Express class, plus a Yoga for Healthy Back class: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1EqKhnowsgHljGA7o7eylH1WSbufBLpb8/view
- Cardinal+F45 Membership. You can drop in and attend any of the classes listed on the Cardinal Pass schedule, plus make reservations to attend weekly F45 classes: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1MqHBPTygofSyUmBJw-QLBnpEz933JkeX/view
